Do you provide transportation to massage appointments or other extra stops not included in the stay?
No, we don't provide transportation for additional appointments. You can use Uber or Lyft for any extra transportation needs.
Can you bring a guest?
Depending on Dates your requesting (most cases you can for extra fee.

Do we have nursing staff?
At our recovery home, we provide 24-hour non-medical care in a safe and supportive environment. We also have access to licensed nurses and medical professionals on-call for guidance when needed, while all medical care is directed by your surgeon
Airbnb & Meals Information (Need to know)
Location & Address
Your exact address will be provided 24–48 hours prior to your arrival.
Please keep in mind that we provide care in Airbnb properties, and each location may vary. Every home is different in layout, size, and amenities.
Because of this, the Airbnb owner (host) is responsible for the property itself. If any issues arise within the home, we will communicate directly with the host to have it addressed as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for the physical property or its conditions. Most Airbnbs are 30-35 min away from surgery centers
🍽️ Meals
Meals will be provided daily through a third-party meal prep service or local restaurant that specializes in recovery-friendly, healthy options.
• You will receive: Meal Package you PreArrange before Surgery (5 Meal Package/Fresh Juices & Soup of choice)
• Meals are prepared with limited seasoning to support proper healing
• Basic seasonings like salt and pepper may be available
Please note: Any meals that have been advertised or previously posted are examples from past menus over the years and may not reflect what is served during your stay.
We do not have a set menu, and meals may vary based on availability and 3rd parties service providers.
If you would like additional meals or specific food options, you are more than welcome to order through Uber Eats or DoorDash at your own expense

Can I add lymphatic massages on the day of arrival for same-day service? No, Massages must be added before arrival. If paid on the day of, the massages will start the following day, Massages are not done the day of departure
If you change your mind, can you get a refund,Include?
Please note that all payments are non-refundable. This includes any changes within the business, as long as the services you paid for are rendered in full.
If you choose to cancel your stay for any personal reason, refunds will not be honored, as you have signed a contract and your reservation has been secured and held specifically for you.

We're a Shared Home, Shared Care (Not 1 on 1 Care)
“Shared care” and “shared home” means that you will be recovering in a home with other dolls, and our caregivers will be assisting multiple clients at the same time, not one-on-one private care.We understand plastic surgery is a major investment.
That’s why we offer shared accommodations and occasional sales to help make recovery care more affordable and fit within a variety of budgets while still providing quality support.

Will Kerri Be The One Caring For Me?
No, Kerri, the person you may see advertising and communicating with you, is the owner of Snatched N Curved. She is not the caregiver assigned to you 24/7, but she is always available for support, communication, and to address any concerns as needed.
Kerri is available 24/7 while you're at under her care, or via phone
(KERRI is NOT the person who's caring for you)
Do you offer IV therapy?
Yes, IV therapy is available. Please contact GHS at (786) 505-3862 before arrival to schedule your IV for the same day as surgery or the day after.
